Our two cosy bedrooms consist of one with a double bed the other with two singles.
The well equipped bathroom has a shower. The large vaulted living room is upstairs affording dramatic views of Eype Down and Thorncombe Beacon on the coast. It has a CD/Radio, TV, Video and DVD player so there is no need to miss your favourite programmes! The kitchen is well equipped with all the modern features including cooker, microwave, washing machine and fridge/freezer.

The cottage is warm and cosy with under floor heating and double-glazing. Utility bills and linen are inclusive. The garden/patio is large enough for you to relax and enjoy those alfresco evenings. A designated parking space is available for your car.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the cottage.
